Job Description:
• Liaise with and act as the main point of contact with clients daily on all assigned accounts
• Collaborate with instructional design teams on various materials such as med affairs skills training materials, pull-through materials, eLearning modules, live training programs & at home training, and more.
• Mentor, train, and oversee junior team members
• Work cross-functionally with internal team members to ensure efficient project execution
• Contribute to the development of proposals, pitch ideas, and RFP responses
• Oversee teams and workflow across various accounts

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years+ experience working in a medical communications agency required
- Pharma training experience in the med comms space required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
