Title: Senior Account Executive - Medical Communications - Remote (NYC tri-state area)

Job Description:

• Partner with clients independently; lead client meetings and calls from kickoff to completion of projects

• Participate in and contribute to business planning sessions

• Maintain a deep understanding of client strategy and business objectives

• Uphold responsibility of addressing client concerns as they arise; work with senior account leaders to develop adequate solutions for any issues that arise

• Assist in preparation of new business pitches/presentations, including research, scheduling, and other internal needs

• Accurately complete client contact reports with minimal supervision/revision

• On an as-needed basis, oversee the work of and provide direction to junior team members; delegate projects to drive the development of junior employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3 years’ experience within a medical communications agency required

• Demonstrated expertise in medical education materials

• Superior interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
