Job Description:
Partner with clients independently; lead client meetings and calls from kickoff to completion of projects
Participate in and contribute to business planning sessions
Maintain a deep understanding of client strategy and business objectives
Uphold responsibility of addressing client concerns as they arise; work with senior account leaders to develop adequate solutions for any issues that arise
Assist in preparation of new business pitches/presentations, including research, scheduling, and other internal needs
Accurately complete client contact reports with minimal supervision/revision
On an as-needed basis, oversee the work of and provide direction to junior team members; delegate projects to drive the development of junior employees
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years’ experience within a medical communications agency required
Demonstrated expertise in medical education materials
Superior interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
