New Business Developer - Medical Affairs - Remote

Meet is excited to be recently partnered with this impressive, boutique medical communications agency in their search for a New Business Developer to join the immunology, neurology, and diabetes spaces.

This agency is known for their work across the medial communications, stakeholder and peer to peer engagement spaces. If you are an experienced business development professional with a background in medical affairs, this just might be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prove ability to grow new business. This person will need to be able to grow an account to $500k+ in a 6-month period.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the clinical development process from beginning to end.
• Act as a true salesperson, by acquiring/winning new business in the neuro, immunology or diabetes areas, or any other areas that may be beneficial to the business.
• Ability to transition new business wins over to accounts and act as liaison during this period, ensuring client satisfaction and eventually business planning for the future projects/partnerships.
• Serve as a point of contact and work person closely with various stakeholders across both pharma and biotechs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of a relevant field
• 5+ years of business development experience in a medical communications agency setting.
• Medical Affairs background required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both written and verbal communication.
• Proven sales background
