Job Description:
- Build out & scale agency growth from the ground up, leveraging US industry connections to scale business growth
- Foster agency partnerships to deliver strategic, high-quality and top-notch service
- Drive new business development, develop new business strategies to achieve revenue growth
- Oversee all aspects of agency operations including finance, leadership, staffing, etc
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years' experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment
- Proven track record of developing business organically as well as new client development & growth
- Ability to run an agency at leadership level, overseeing performance, P&L, staffing, etc
- Well-networked
