At the beginning of the last quarter, Meet partnered with Feefo. Feefo is an independent review platform that collects real reviews from real people. Providing our customers with a space to share their thoughts on the service we provide.
In just 3 months, we’ve received 65 reviews and a rating of 4.8/5 - a score we’re proud of.
Although all of the reviews we’ve received have been overwhelmingly positive, both positive and negative feedback is valuable to us. We want to be able to identify any areas we can improve on, to deliver the best service to our candidates and clients. Any feedback gives us the opportunity to address and fix problems we may not have known about otherwise.
The motivation to implement Feefo was increasing transparency. We wanted to give our customers an insight into the culture that sets us apart from our competitors. Obviously, it is a risk opening up the business to independent feedback. Nevertheless, we were confident in the quality and integrity of our unique approach.
It was also a strategic move. What’s known as the ‘TripAdvisor’ effect has taken over marketing. Studies show that on average, online reviews are seven times more influential than advertising – so it’s an opportunity for our service to sell itself.
Most people will research a product or service before engaging with a company. It’s simple, you want to be confident in who you are partnering with. Especially in making a big decision like moving jobs! It can be life changing. Our relationship driven approach is all about supporting our candidates throughout the whole process, from market knowledge, advice, and interview prep to contract negotiations; our Feefo page reflects that.
However, as much as Feefo is about our candidates and potential candidates having faith in Meet’s service, Feefo is also about the recruiters who work at Meet.
The financial benefits aren’t the only reasons our people love their jobs; the satisfaction of helping people advance their careers is a reward in itself. It’s motivating for the team to get such glowing feedback and know that they are making a difference.
So, Feefo has become an important part of our business very quickly. That is epitomised by #FeefoFridays, where we share a piece of feedback across social media, promoting positivity! It’s a hashtag that is all about ending the week on a high!
