Following the success of our debut white paper, Women in Leadership in Life Sciences, we held our first ever LinkedIn Live and roundtable discussion in April 2024. The event delved into the nuanced topic and provided rich insight into the opportunities and challenges faced by women in the sector, bringing those lived experiences to the fore.

With approaching 1000 downloads of our research so far (grab your copy here), and enquiries from Big Pharma to integrate our insights into their diversity initiatives, our first ever roundtable was attended by over 600 people exploring themes in the white paper, including gender stereotypes in the workplace, parenthood and mentorship.
With high levels of engagement, insightful experiences shared and some great questions for us to help answer in the future, we say "thank you" to the Life Sciences community.
