One of the latest surveys from Women in Recruitment finds;

66% of the women in the recruitment industry agreed their mentor was a significant impact on staying in the business and 57% said having someone senior taking an interest their career has a significant impact on they feel valued, both of these are key to career progression at Meet.

Another vital find was 63% are looking for more flexible working opportunities, whether that be in flexi-hours to fit around commuting or being able to take a duvet day, benefits we offer.

Only 27% of the total respondents said they had a female role model within their business, we’re proud that one of our founders and current COO, Hannah, is heavily involved in day-to-day life at Meet.
