We are proud to announce that, as of January 2023, Meet has been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award, recognising Meet’s consistent delivery of a world-class customer experience over the past 12 months.
The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is an independent seal of excellence based on honest feedback from real customers, awarded to companies who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service year-round.
This is a massive accomplishment for Meet as it recognises our efforts to gather feedback and is a testament to the quality of service our teams strive to provide to all our clients and candidates on an ongoing basis.
Ending the year with an average feedback rating score of 4.9 out of 5 stars across 2022 is an incredible achievement and a symbol of Meet’s dedication to providing exceptional service.

By doing so, we continue to stay up-to-date with changes happening within the recruitment and Life Sciences markets and the people within them. We then direct our work to reflect those shifts.
The Trusted Service Awards were established in 2014 by Feefo to recognise companies that continuously receive exceptional customer feedback.
What makes the Trusted Service Awards unique is that they truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing real feedback from real customers, rather than being an open forum for anyone to leave a review regardless of whether they have used the service or not.
