Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare communications agency that specializes in services for biotech, pharma, and medical device companies. They’re a startup with a wide range of departments in multiple exciting therapeutic areas including infectious disease, vaccines, immunology, oncology, rare disease, metabolism, and neurology. Responsibilities:

• Support a growing team of medical writers and associate medical directors; act as an approachable and knowledgeable team member with a success driven mindset.
• Manage a diverse range of clients, leveraging a strong technical background and stylistic excellence.
• Experience in developing advertising campaigns targeting healthcare professionals is essential. This involves understanding the unique needs and preferences of HCPs and tailoring advertising materials to effectively communicate the benefits of a product or service.
• May also provide scientific advisory support to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their products and strategies.
• Have the ability to think strategically and provide input on the overall medical communication and advertising strategy for a product or brand.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-5 years experience at a healthcare communications agency is required.
• A PhD, PharmD, or MD is required
• Experience with medical education, and HCP advertising is required.
