You will be responsible for leading formulation development across early and late stage programs, working closely with other internal groups and CROs/CDMOs. Job Overview
  • Play an essential role in supporting in-lab late-stage formulation drug product for early and late programs
  • Collaborate with CROs/CDMOs in facilitating testing of drug product and overall tech transfer
  • Utilize DoE and various analytical methodologies to gain a strong understanding of stability and degradation of molecules
  • Collaborate with other functions across process development, analytical, QC, PM, and more


Requirements
  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biophysics, Biochemistry or a relevant discipline and 5 years of industry experience preferably in vaccine formulation development, or at least in biologics such as proteins or protein conjugates
  • Expertise in using biophysical and calorimetric techniques such as FTIR, DSC, ITC and analytical techniques such as ELISA, MSD, liquid chromatography, and MSD
  • Experienced in working with CROs/CDMOs and demonstrated in-lab leadership across drug product
