Meet is proud to be partner with a top healthcare advertising agency on their search for a seasoned Senior Account Director to join and lead their team of client-services experts.  

This role with be working with the promotional medical education and medical affairs team in the Rare Disease space. The agency is an independently owned group that specializes in all things, Pharma Advertising and Medical Communications. The team boasts a client roster of blue-chip pharma's + emerging biotech's and are proud to offer their client a full-service agency capability whilst executing an unparalleled, boutique agency service.

Account Management:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support client needs.
  • Develop client proposals and agreements, ensuring client approval.
  • Monitor and manage activities for timely product/service delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage all deliverables for client accounts.
  • Develop strategic briefs for projects and ensure client agreement.
  • Manage external contractors for program execution.
  • Ensure team compliance with contracts, timelines, and budgets.
  • Review deliverables to meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Oversee program financial management and reporting.
  • Attend and lead client meetings and project evaluations.
  • Foster collaboration for innovative client solutions.
  • Work with team to meet Synchrony's goals and values.
Business Development:
  • Achieve existing client revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Support new business development initiatives.
  • Develop and present high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead RFP and proposal submissions.
  • Contribute to cross-selling and revenue growth for clients.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years’ account services experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or medical communications
  • History of successful management of more than 1.5 million dollars of fee/year in the medical communications industry/agency setting
  • Substantial experience leading at least 3 of the following activities: medical education activities, medical communications campaigns, promotional medical/marketing initiatives, strategic communications planning, advisory boards, key clinical expert identification and development
