Medical Science Liaison - Mountain

The Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a field-based medical expert within the Medical Affairs Organization, engaging in scientific exchange. They collaborate with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers to enhance understanding of oncology products and improve patient outcomes. MSLs utilize their scientific and business knowledge to provide insights, respond to inquiries, and support business planning and strategic development.
Located in : WY, UT, CO, AZ

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate deep scientific expertise on Oncology products and engage with thought leaders.
2. Cultivate relationships with regional thought leaders to stay updated on healthcare trends.
3. Provide accurate information on and off-label questions while adhering to regulations.
4. Represent the company at scientific events and gather insights for internal feedback.
5. Support investigator sponsored studies (ISS) and Company Sponsored Studies (CSS).
6. Respond to medical information requests related to products.
7. Train speakers on products and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
8. Balance work efficiently and execute local medical plan strategies within timelines.
9. Participate in continuous learning within the therapeutic area.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Doctorate Degree required (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, Nursing or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of Oncology MSL experience
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry)
