We are partnering with our exciting growing biotech client who is actively seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Market Access to join the leadership team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies, leading value communication efforts, and managing contracting initiatives to ensure optimal market positioning for their portfolio centering in the Rare Diseases.



  • Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies to maximize product access and reimbursement.
  • Lead the creation of value communication materials to effectively convey the clinical and economic value of our products to payers, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of market access initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with payers, health systems, and other relevant partners.
  • Monitor market trends, reimbursement policies, and competitive landscapes to inform market access strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and industry influencers.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the market access and contracting teams.



  • Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in market access, value communication, and contracting within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of successful market access strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement landscape, payer dynamics, and healthcare policy.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
