You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that power genomics and proteomics platforms, driving forward our efforts in precision medicine and personalized healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for genomics and proteomics data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Optimize software performance and scalability to handle the increasing complexity and volume of biological data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Development experience with Python and/or JavaScript
- Biotech experience (preferably start-up)
