Contract Clinical Project Manager (Freelance)

Company Overview:
Join a dynamic clinical stage biotech, developing transformational oncology treatments. You'll be supporting a promising pipeline across several stages, and liaising with a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, plan, and oversee technical and scientific activities within collaboration partnerships.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Enterome Project Team and partner teams to ensure alignment and message control.
  • Ensure scientific and technical aspects remain within plans and budget, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.

Activities:

  1. Implement project strategy in alignment with JSC decisions and senior management guidance.
  2. Coordinate with Enterome Project Team and partner teams to ensure project progress.
  3. Align Enterome Project Team members on outcomes and timelines.
  4. Coordinate internal meetings on project progress or issues.
  5. Regularly update key stakeholders and project documentation.
  6. Interface with partner's Project Manager to ensure alignment on goals and budget.
  7. Anticipate and report project deviations, coordinating root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  8. Monitor project budget allocation with Finance support.
  9. Organize discussions with upper management on scientific/technical and budget aspects.
  10. Prepare JSC meeting agenda and minutes in collaboration with partner's Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Advanced scientific degree (Master, preferably Ph.D.).
  • Previous experience in oncology and/or complex patient population preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management for biopharmaceutical product development.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical projects in an international partnership environment.
  • Experience working with multiple functions: Discovery, Non-Clinical Development, CMC, Clinical Development, Regulatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset and leadership abilities.
