Our client is seeking a visionary leader to drive their Netherlands business forward, achieving sales and profit targets while upholding operational excellence and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term strategic plans and foster stakeholder engagement for their successful execution.
- Ensure robust financial governance and effective logistics, managing the Netherlands business's P&L within budget.
- Create and implement marketing and sales plans to meet brand propositions and sales targets, driving business growth.
- Identify opportunities for market share growth and leverage commercial advantages for maximum impact.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the Netherlands team, empowering them to achieve targets and maintain standards.
- Engage key influencers, securing involvement in medical projects to expand networks and drive growth.
Requirements:
- HCP sector experience
- Proven track record in sales and marketing management within Pharmaceuticals
- Deep understanding of the Netherlands Pharmaceutical market
- Ability to manage a business P&L
- Proficiency in English, and Dutch
