Associate Product Manager, Software

What You’ll Do

Product Development Support:
? Collaborate with software development teams to understand product features,
functionalities, and development timelines.
? Assist in the creation and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment
with company goals and software development best practices.
? Lead scrum ceremonies with the development team, ensuring the team is
working efficiently.

Cross-functional Collaboration with Software Teams:
? Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, design,
quality assurance, and lab operations, to ensure seamless integration of software
products.
? Facilitate communication and information flow between different software
development teams.

Software Product Launch:
? Assist in planning and executing software product launches, coordinating
marketing materials, training programs, and customer support plans.

Customer Engagement for Software Products:
? Engage with key stakeholders, software users, and customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of our software products.
? Address customer inquiries and collaborate with customer support and sales
teams to ensure high customer satisfaction for software solutions.

Regulatory Compliance in Software Development:
? Work closely with the quality team to ensure software products comply with
relevant regulations and standards.
? Contribute to the preparation of regulatory documentation specific to software
releases.

What You’ll Bring
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, bioinformatics,
biology).
? 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role in
biotech software development.
? Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative software development
environment.
