Responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee Account Managers and their growing teams. Be able to provide knowledge and approachable leadership to drive success across relevant accounts.
• Lead client meetings and create alignment between company goals, standards, and expectations.
• Oversee any business development and ensure that client relationships are being maintained up to company standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to deliver and effectively communicate productivity expectations, and strategy goals across teams.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of medical communications experience.
• Working on promotional medical education is required.
• Strong client relationship skills is ideal.
• Candidates must reside on the West Coast.
