Account Manager - Clinical Trial Education
I'm recruiting for one of the most well known, global healthcare communications agencies looking for a unique position. They have a Clinical Trial Education team as well as their standard medical education, healthcare advertising and healthcare PR teams.
This team is made up of around 40 people, so have the benefit of a smaller, family-feel type team, but part of a large, stable network.
Work / projects:
In this role, you will create campaigns that recruit and support volunteers for ground breaking clinical trials. Drawing on specialist insight, you will produce print and digital materials for patients, caregivers and HCPs that are translated and distributed around the world. Every single project they work on aims to better people’s lives – and the client services team play an integral role in their success.
The role:
As an Account Manager your primary role is to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of assigned accounts. Your role will focus on the financial, accurate and timely delivery of creative work, with the support from the senior team.

Role requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a similar role or medical communications agency
- Be able to commit to working hybrid model (3 days a week)
- Solid background working with pharmaceutical clients
- Demonstrable skills of working on a large variety of global projects and multiple accounts
- Ability to deal with tight deadlines and fast-moving projects
