Opportunity for an Account Director to join the newest healthcare advertising/ creative marketing team at a global medical communications agency based in Central London.
This agency will give team members at all levels opportunities they may not experience in your mainstream healthcare marketing agency – including opportunities to work with practices outside of creative marketing including clinical trials, real world evidence, and more. You will be working on Global/European accounts and internal responsibilities that help shape the direction of their agency.

You will be working on Global/European accounts and internal responsibilities that help shape the direction of their agency.
Responsibilities:
- Strong client liaison and strategic counsel in leading accounts
- Planning and management of multiple accounts, including development of communications programs, strategies, and creative tactics with senior support as needed
- Ensuring account profitability through sound financial management, including budget development, tracking, and reconciliation while adhering to brand strategy
- Building and developing cohesive client teams, instilling high standards to ensure exceptional quality is met when it comes to creative marketing
- Management, mentoring, and monitoring of the long-term career development of team members as well as playing a lead role on internal activities such as recruitment and delivering training
- Identifying and developing business opportunities with clients
- Collaborating with all offices across their network
- A minimum of 6+ years’ working within a healthcare communications agency with a focused on healthcare advertising
- Experience working with direct line reports
- Exceptional strong verbal and written communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification within a scientific or marketing/comms field
- 25 days’ holiday (with the ability for it to rise to a maximum of 30 days alongside length of service) – in addition to bank holidays
