A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an Account Manager to join this award-winning PR Healthcare Communications agency based in London. This is an ideal opportunity for some who loves to travel and ideally has previous pharma account management experience.

They work on some of the largest and most exciting accounts in the healthcare industry, including a range of clients and therapy areas. With 65 offices worldwide, there is a real potential to move abroad with quick progression opportunities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all aspects of a project within an account including budgeting, briefing, scheduling, delivery and reconciliations
• Ensuring internal teams make appropriate, timely contributions
• Develop opportunities for new business development
• Regularly attending meetings and other related activities

Skills Required

• Be scientifically literate, with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in biomedical sciences
• have proven experience in a medical communications agency; previous experience of Account Management an advantage
• knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly as regards marketing and medical education, and compliance and the regulatory environment
• knowledge and experience of working in multiple therapy areas
• experience of managing a wide variety of different types of medical communications activities
• digital experience or knowledge of digital/new technologies an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for line management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent numeracy
• Proven project management abilities
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills
