We are excited to announce that Meet has been shortlisted for the 'Best Newcomer' category in the Investors in People Awards 2018.
Founded in 1991, Investors in People (IIP) are an independent, not-for-profit organisation who work with thousands of top businesses globally. Their aim is to improve business performance through promoting excellent leadership and, hopefully, creating a happier and more motivated team.
An IIP accreditation is a recognition that a business is 'outperforming' leadership standards and shows 'a clear commitment to sustained success'. Being a part of this network allows Meet to benchmark ourselves against the high performing organisations around the world and on 28th April 2016 we were awarded 'Gold Standard'.
These awards, held in November, celebrate the best amongst Investors in People accredited businesses. With the finalists representing the very best performers in people management worldwide.
We truly believe that whatever size of organisation, the people who work there are it's greatest asset. This principle is the same for Meet, which is why we listen to and develop our employees to achieve their potential, knowing that this drives Meet's growth.
