Responsibilities:
- Lead global clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols.
- Manage budgets & timelines.
- Cultivate relationships with sites, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
- Monitor study progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of clinical trial management experience in industry.
- 5+ years in ophthalmology with deep knowledge of retinal diseases and treatments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and ability to work remotely.
