About the Role: Our client, a leading provider of over-the-counter Skincare products, is seeking a talented Data-Driven Brand Marketeer to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on data analytics and has a passion for using insights to drive brand strategy and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Craft and implement data-driven brand marketing strategies based on comprehensive data analysis and consumer insights.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market trend, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize key metrics and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Research & Surveys: Perform market research and conduct consumer surveys to gather data for informed decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Marketeer or similar role, ideally within the OTC or healthcare industry or Skincare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
