Account Director - Independent Med Comms Agency - Hybrid, Bucks
Thrilled to be able to bring this new opportunity to the Med Comms space. We are partnering with our UK Med Comms Agency client to support their search for an experienced Account Director to join their growing team.
This will be a cornerstone hire for the agency and as such we are looking for an accomplished AD working within the Medical Education space. You would have a broad experience with the strength and understanding to be able to lead the design and implementation of the clients Med Ed program as well as providing leadership for this team.
This client is in a unique position in the market right now in so much that it is growing and looking to make a number of hires across their business at a time when large sections of the market are holding off on new hires - this is an example of the quality of the agency.
Being an independent, they are able to offer more in terms of the people-first approach to their teams often giving greater flexibility and tailored individual development plans as an example.
