Having started my recruitment career with Meet back in 2012, it's been a pretty amazing journey so far. 

During that time I've had the opportunity to work with and scale amazing recruitment teams in both our London and Berlin office, partner with some truly innovative and inspiring businesses as well as place a huge number of talented people into their dream roles. 

Whilst the past has been amazing, it's where we're heading that I'm really excited about. Both passionate and curious about the Life Sciences industry, and keen to connect with anyone involved.

My role is to drive the growth of our European business supporting clients across Pharma & Biotech, Medical Technology, Digital Health and Medical Communications. Based out of London, but flying regularly across to Berlin, with teams covering permanent, contract and freelance recruitment. 

With people being at the heart of our business, my passion lies in supporting the growth and development of those around me. In a high growth company, there is naturally lots of opportunity and I love to see those I work with take on new challenges and enjoy new experiences as they build a career within Meet. It's those people that will play a pivotal part in shaping our business in the future. 

One of the most amazing parts of my job is getting to learn more and more about the Life Sciences industry every day. 

I love the passion and enthusiasm that is demonstrated daily by both our clients and candidates to fulfil a purpose that is so much greater than any of us. The industry is so varied, and our clients so broad, and I'm fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn about how health is being shaped in the future. Be it the technological advancements or novel new treatments - Life Sciences affects us all, and I'm proud to be part of this amazing industry.
