I joined Meet in July 2015, as a contract recruiter after graduating university. With little to no work experience, I had a keen interest in the Life Sciences industries, and more specifically Medical Technology. Since then, I've been fortunate enough to grow personally and professionally, whilst partnering with some of the industry's most exciting start-ups and SMEs. I now manage our EU Contract Division, where my role is focused on inspiring others to grow and develop, and forge long-lasting and meaningful relationships with our clients and contractors. Managing our 360 contract division, placing contractors, freelancers and consultants in temporary projects.

Having recruited for Medical Technology companies since I joined the industry, I am fascinated and inspired by the constant innovation and genuine passion our industry has for positively impacting patient lives. My team and I work with some of the best companies in our industry, and are highly specialised at supporting contractors with key considerations such as IR-35 compliance, limited company setups, amongst other things.
