After graduating from Ohio University, I started my career recruiting nurses at a Healthcare Staffing firm, eventually moving into a management position. Then, after moving to Italy briefly to teach English, I decided to move to New York City. There, I was able to combine those experiences and start my role as a Learning and Development Associate here at Meet!

 In my role, I handle all training for our new hires, leading them through Meet DNA, our 12-week in-house onboarding programme, which arms our new recruiters with the tools and techniques that they need to be successful. Coaching them 1:1, holding seminars and constantly developing new content so that Meet continue to offer the very best Learning & Development experience. I am here to provide the recruiting team with as much support as they need, creating a space to deliver the highest level of service they can. 

 I love that I get the chance to do all of this in an industry that has a real impact; Life Sciences plays a pivotal role in all our lives, and we will always need it. That's particularly recognizable after the COVID-19 pandemic.
