Meet are partnering with an exciting Medical Communications agency that is looking for an experienced Medical Writer to join their welcoming scientific services team! The agency works across high-profile accounts and is looking for someone interested in working on a variety of accounts, targeting different subject areas and audiences. The agency focuses highly on publications planning but does work in the promotional medical educations sphere as well.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Medical Writer you are valued for your scientific input. You will be involved in a wide range of medical communications projects and you will have a real passion for producing content to the highest possible standards of grammatical and scientific accuracy.
The right candidate will enjoy adapting content and style according to client objectives for a variety of different target audiences and subject areas. You will liaise with a range of medical experts and you will keep up-to-date with therapy areas, as well as good publication practices and other industry guidelines and processes.

Skills Required

The requirements
A life sciences degree, MSc/PhD not necessary but would be a bonus
A minimum of 10 months of writing experience (in a Med Comms agency ideally)
Previous medical writing experience from a medical communications or pharma environment
Happy to speak to people with both a broad range of experience but also specialists in a certain disease area
Experience of effectively prioritising and managing your own workload
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or alone
