Meet's exciting global client is looking for an experienced Manager within Biostatistics and/or SAS Programming to join their business at Director or Associate Director level. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead within a global CRO as they look to establish an FSP group and is the logical next-step for anyone currently Line Managing a small team.
Job Overview
Our client is looking to formalise their FSP department as a separate entity from their full-service operations and this position is mission-critical in achieving this strategic shift. The successful applicant will have the following key areas of responsibility:
*Line Management - team of up to 10
*Project Oversight
*Bid Defence/Business Development Activities
Skills Required
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
*BSc/MSc Biostatistics or related subject
*At least 3 years Line Management experience - Biostats/Programming within pharmaceutical industry
*Experience of commercial Biostatistics
*Understanding of SAS Programming - CDISC Standardisation
*Excellent verbal and written communication in English
