Job Summary

A mid-sized, UK based CRO is looking to recruit a Database Programmer to join their team. This exciting opportunity would see the successful applicant develop their programming skills working with clinical databases on live trials across all phases.

Job Overview

Configure the clinical databases for EDC and eSource studies :
Design the eCRFs in accordance to CDASH or Client specifications
Program the validation checks in the clinical database
Produce the documentation for the clinical databases (such as eCRFs, aCRFs, Database Specifications)
Implement the database upgrades on live studies
Implement and maintain client libraries
Mentor and support the team’s new joiners

Skills Required

You have strong analytical skills
You have experience working according to CDASH standards
You have previous experience within a CRO and/or pharmaceutical environment
You’re social, determined and love working with other talented programmers
You’re keen to learn new things and enhance your programming skills
You have a degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, statistics, life sciences or related fields
You want to work in a life-saving industry
