A fast-growing independent medical communications agency has just won two major new clients and they are looking to expand their teams in Oxford and London!

This agency has grown 40% year on year since it was founded, they have an enviable track record of delivering excellence in medical communications and pride themselves on their leading training and development programmes.
You will have the opportunity to work across a range of projects and therapeutic areas including Oncology, Diabetes, Fertility, Cardiology and many more. Account Managers are assigned a number of accounts according to strengths and motivations. This role will give you the opportunity to be part of life changing medical communication programmes and working hand in hand with top talent in the industry.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Daily client communication
- Ensuring smooth running of projects, liaising with internal teams as needed
- Deliver high quality medical communications programmes within agreed budget and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a medical communications agency or in-house environment. Outstanding project management, interpersonal and organisational skills are required to be successful on this role.
