Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of scientific professionals
• Pitching new business and contributing to organic account growth
• Act as point of contact with clients through meeting regularly
• Participate in strategic and tactical meetings
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of various therapeutic areas
• Correspond with both internal and external teams to ensure projects are being completed on time, within budget, and to the highest accuracy
Skills Required:
• Have either PhD, PharmD, or MD
• 5+ years’ experience within a medical communications agency setting
• Experience within either medical affairs, publications, or medical education
• Ability to create and execute business pitches
• Proven ability to lead a team
