ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this exciting Senior QC Scientist role, your main duties include, but are not to be restricted to, the following duties:

• Leading  stability testing, method qualifications, technical transfers, release testing, and method validations
• Testing of material utilizing methods such as HPLC, qPCR and SDS-PAGE
• Oversee the scheduling of raw material, in-process, release, and stability testing in a manner such that supports the manufacturing schedule

• Generate, revise, review specifications, SOPs, and other QC lab and testing documents
• Lead Out of Specification and Deviation investigations related to the QC laboratory and ensure corrective actions are developed and implemented

SKILLS DESIRED:

To be successful in this role, your experience will need to include:

• BS degree in life sciences, training or minimum of 10 years of experience in a biological products in a QC lab
• Experience working with mRNA/Viral vectors or plasmids/microbiomes
• Experience with instruments such as : HPLC, Coulometric Titrators, isolators, Zetasizers, MS, PCR
• Experience working in a GMP regulated environment
• Proficiency in cell culture of microbiological organisms, operation of microscopes, and equipment calibrations
• Familiarity with FDA, ICH, and EU Regulations and Guidelines 
• Experience at a pharmaceutical/biotech company or Contract Manufacturing Organisation
