Meet is working with a Pre-IPO Biotech in the Bay Area! My client is looking for a Clinical Project Manager at the Manager or Senior Manager level. In this role you will be partnering with the Clinical Development and Operations teams and program teams to help drive delivery of development objectives. You would be responsible for working with the development team to construct and deliver the clinical development plan and associated budget, resource, and risks for multiple clinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the R&D program teams, clinical development and operations teams, and senior leadership to drive delivery of clinical objectives.
• Develop and maintain clinical study plans, including timelines, resource, budget, and risk.
• Effectively collaborate with all partner functions and partner project and program managers, including regulatory, technical operations and research.
• Develop and maintain integrated clinical study timelines; identify key milestones and critical path activities across clinical and program plans. Manage and communicate risk in delivering to timeline.
• Facilitate clinical project team meetings using best practices for meeting management.
• Help build the project management function by creating project management tools, processes, and templates.

Requirements

• A minimum of a BA/BS in a life sciences discipline is preferred (PMP Certification is preferred)
• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience and at least 3 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of the biotechnology/pharmaceutical product development process and familiarity with FDA and global regulatory requirements
• Experience in clinical operations, clinical development, and/or regulatory affairs is desirable
