Then this position is for you, I am supporting my clients on the hunt for an experienced SrCRA to join their team in Slovakia.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monitoring activities of assigned clinical trials, ensuring compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform site initiation, interim, and close-out visits, ensuring the collection of accurate and complete data.
• Oversee the progress of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, data collection, and adherence to study timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with investigative sites, providing support and guidance to ensure successful trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clinical investigators, and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 18 months of Clinical Research Associate II experience, monitoring clinical trials within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Proficient knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
