Their team are looking for individuals that want to get involved and offer client services that can make a different to both the client, and patients seeking treatment.

Job description:

This role is to understand client strategies and utilise commercial understanding to make sure high-quality work is delivered and proposed to clients.  


Some work include: educational programmes, product specific communication initiatives, meeting, advisory boards, digital communications (e.g., virtual meetings, websites, MSL tools), and more.


Some therapeutic areas include: cardiovascular, oncology, neurology and more.

Some core responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for management and delivery of multiple client accounts
  • Lead client TCs and face-to-face meetings effectively
  • Ability to create comprehensive timelines for complex projects, identifying critical deadlines and potential bottle necks and considering resource requirements
  • Aware of revenue status, pipeline, and projections
  • Proactively monitors budgeted vs actual time spent on all projects and flags potential issues to Account Directors / senior management where required
  • Show detailed understanding of key account content
  • Contribute to pitches and confidently develop proposals for existing clients
