Meet is excited to be working on a new Project Manager Lead role with a dynamic boutique Healthcare Advertising agency. Our team is working on this role exclusively with the agency and they're looking for a sharp candidate to oversee 2 indications due to a new business win. This agency is independent and have a strong leadership team that is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities;

Independently handling a breath of complex projects (print, digital, strategic, motion, and photo/video shoots) and partners with production and third party vendors as needed.

Demonstrating superior conflict resolution skills with a calm, measured approach that instills confidence across internal teams.

Participating in new business pitches.

Assisting with onboarding new PM hires.
-
Participating in finance meetings with a clear point of view on project status/burn, labor report, and remaining PO balances.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-
6+ years’ experience working in a healthcare advertising agency environment.

Sharp interpersonal skills
-
Candidates must have a few launches under their belt, where they can hit the ground running and operate independently.

An understanding for platforms used by clients and partners (eg Veeva, Google Analytics)

Ability to display confidence and strong acumen in problem solving that comforts/empowers extended teams.
