Job outline:

This role is responsible for overseeing the development, management and delivery of a wide variety of people capability services for our global portfolio of clients. You will play a key role in identifying and shaping tailored solutions to client challenges by understanding their business, goals and objectives. Working collaboratively with our internal teams, you will focus on building and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients, making us their go to partner for genuinely effective solutions that drive performance and get results.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the wider business and proactively work with client facing teams to promote our people capability services such as bespoke digital learning programmes, learning consultancy and flexible augmented team resources.
  • Work with client facing teams to identify opportunities within our existing client base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within our client businesses
  • Develop and manage our vendor network to ensure we have access to the very best talent
  • Oversee the implementation of outsourced solutions, ensuring services align with agreed SLA’s and quality standards
  • Monitor progress, resource allocation and timelines ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Work with specialist internal terms to provide regular reports and insights to clients on the performance and ROI relating to the solutions we provide
  • Proactively suggest improvements or innovative initiatives to enhance outcomes for our clients
  • Oversee commercial aspects of our solutions such as pricing and costs to ensure profitability and cost effectiveness

High performance at this level includes:

 

  • Successful project delivery, supported by the relevant metrics e.g. project efficiencies, cost optimization, client satisfaction and client ROI
  • Increased client acquisition, solution spend and retained service provision
  • Evidence of educating and influencing client decisions
  • Strong and effective internal working relationships
  • Robust processes and data driven decision making

 

Compensation:

  • Starting base salary of £55k
  • 10% annual bonus
