Meet is excited to partner with a newly formed start-up Biotech, the Founder is well known in the industry and has had success in development multiple biotech's. They currently have around 10 employees in the business and have a fantastic company culture and offers a supportive team environment. The business works on a plethora of indications including Auto-Immunology and Anti- fibrotic. They have the backing of fantastic investors and operate as a lean team, but have ambitions to expand this year.


- Scheduling and managing calendars for senior leaders, also coordinating, booking and managing all logistics with traveling.
- Managing NDA’s, sending NDA’s to the legal department, filing, and sending out NDA’s via DocuSign.
- Managing the office space including, upkeep, general protocol, and organization.
- Communicating with the building management if there is something broken or wrong with the office
- Restocking the pantry and office supplies
- Helping with team building events
- General support across the business as needed.


- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role in a Life Sciences company, ideally Biotechnology.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbally.
- Hands on knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across a business.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational planning and prioritization skills.
