Job Description:
  • Serve as an agency leader for US healthcare/pharma practice, responsible for overall agency performance, growth, and leadership
  • Oversee agency business driving client partnership, business growth, and overall agency vision
  • Identify and pursue new business through leveraging industry connections to scale US business
  • Build out and operationalize internal, cross-functional high-performing agency teams, establishing a performance-based culture
  • Oversee and run P&L

Skills Required:
  • 15+ years' experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling business within the pharmaceutical advertising agency space
  • Excellent cross-functional team leadership skills
