Actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a small biopharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will excel if they can adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and will be able to anticipate the needs of the CEO and other high-level executives. The candidate should have some relevant experience in the Life Sciences / Biopharmaceutical industry that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure all operations run smoothly.



  • Establish and implement best practices for onboarding new employees.
  • Organizing and scheduling activities for executive meetings (travel and lodging needs; international travel).
  • Create and maintain office systems, processes, and services
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events throughout the year such as vendor selection, contract negotiation, creating task force committees, event execution, and follow-up



  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience (biotech, medical device, or similar industry experience preferred)
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, written/verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, able to work in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment
