We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Clinical Operations to lead and drive the execution of our clinical trials. As a key leader within our organization, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to develop groundbreaking therapies in Oncology.

About the Role:

As the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you will provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of clinical trial operations. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing clinical programs in adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute clinical operations strategies aligned with our overarching objectives. Lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure successful trial execution.

  • Trial Planning and Execution: Drive the planning and implementation of clinical trials from start-up to close-out phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

  • Resource Management: Optimize resources and budgets to support efficient and cost-effective clinical trial conduct while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, CROs, and other partners to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of study goals.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges that may impact trial timelines or quality.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, data management, and medical affairs, to align operational strategies and support overall program objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or clinical research are preferred.
  • Significant experience 15+ years in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing clinical trials.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to clinical trial conduct.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
