Customer Solution Development Manager
Your contribution
In this challenging and important role, you will be a core function during the early sales and conceptual project phase with our OEM customers. Together with the Sales team, you will engage with new customers and actively promote our solutions and offerings remotely and in person. Your responsibility is to facilitate trade-offs between RQs, technical solutions and business demands to create a successful solution for our Partners.
Responsibilities
• Assist sales with face-to-face interactions with customers
• Gather and support the transformation of customer application requirements into product and project requirements
• Evaluate product/solution market positioning, execute SWOT analyses
• Ensure cross-functional project communication, and obtain project buy-in from stake holders
• Identify general market trends and OEM requirements for laboratory automation needs and report to PB Management

Background
• BS or MS in Chemistry, Biology or Medicine
• At least 5 years of working experience in the development of complex systems
• Track record in the OEM business is a plus
• Solid Application experience and market knowhow in clinical diagnostics and/or life science business
• Project management experience or strong organizational skills
