Incredible opportunity to join a Top 3 CRO, as a CRA II/Senior CRA. This CRO offers strong onboard training from day one and individualised roles tailored to suit your preferences and work style.

 

This Senior CRA/CRA II position will allow you to take the next steps in your career and on a clear cut track to the next phase in your career as a CTM. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by senior members and gain hands on experience, placing you in a great position after 12 months where you can apply for a new role or a new department (dependent on performance.)

 

The salaries are typically above market value of up to €60,000 depending on experience and skillset and the site visits lie within the normal market standard.

 

Job Description:

 

 

As a Senior CRA/CRA II, you will get the privilege of acting as the primary site contact and site manager within all phases of a clinical study as well as taking on the general overall responsibilities of allocated sites.

 

You will need to have incredibly strong site relationships and perform monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, Local Laws & Regulations, Protocol, Site Monitoring Plan and associated documents.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform on site and remote monitoring and oversight activities using various tools.
  • Gain an in depth understanding of the study protocol and other procedures.
  • Conducts site visits including but not limited to validation visits, initiation visits, monitoring visits, close-out visits and records clear, comprehensive, and accurate visit & non-visit contact reports appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Collect, monitor, and review regulatory documentation from study start up all the way through to study close out.

 

 

Skills:

 

  • Need to be fluent in local languages and English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
  • Efficient an effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to problem solve under pressure.
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of monitoring skills with complete independent professional judgment.

 

Location: Belgium- Home based.

Salary: Competitive and based on individual experience.
