• Expected progression after 18 months – unlimited potential

• Hybrid (Home based work model available to CTM's with 5+years experience)
• Up to £75,000 (experience dependent)

Your Role as Clinical trial manager (CTM) will see you:

• Managing and providing accountability for day-to-day operations of projects
• Acting as primary sponsor contact for operational project specific issues
• Developing operational project plans
• Managing risk assessment and execution

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum BSc in a health or life science related field
• Cross functional team management experience
• CRO experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills
