Associate Business Analyst (BA), permanent hybrid position with a prestigious small-midsize CRO in Wales or Berkshire.

As an Associate BA within this reputable CRO responsibilities will include developing MS project plans for allocated business area, executing protocols, administering enterprise applications, and working with various vendors.

This Business Analyst position provides flexibility with its hybrid model. You get the best of all worlds.  Gone are the days where you have to squeeze in time for yourself. As a BA in this company, you will have a better personal life, more time with family while still progressing in your career.

This position can possibly act as an entry into a Business Analyst position, if you have a background in Systems Administration to support the transition.

This CRO has the size, agility, and structure to keep up with the needs of the market, therefore offering stability. Responsibilities

As an Associate Business Analyst joining this reputable CRO your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop to-be process maps for allocated business areas
  • Provide daily and scheduled application support
  • Develop Change Management strategy related with a project
  • Create Project Documentation and Requirement Specifications Catalogue
  • Provide support to external Regulatory Audits

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field that demonstrates analytical and logical thinking
  • Ability to create documentation for a variety of audiences

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a project from initial to end stages
  • Previous experience working with a CRO or Pharma
  • Previous experience working within Business Analyst role

Employment type: Wales OR Greater London (West) - Full time, hybrid (circa 2 days office based)
