Before I joined Meet Recruitment, I used to run my own business. I have been very passionate about marketing and sales. I primarily focused on web development and marketing strategies to understand the user activities and traffics of my clients. But, in the beginning of 2022 I was contacted by Meet and have discovered that Life Science in recruitment is booming and the market is available for recruiters. I took my chance and I decided to work as recruitment consultant.

At Meet, I am a recruiter for the DACH region, and I specialize in Clinical Operations.  I am focused on helping companies and individuals fulfil their recruitment needs. Life Sciences has been significant in the last years. The industry is massively expanding, and it is human focused. I am glad that I am a part of Meet and Life Science industry. 

I do believe in what I say and I am good at what I sell. Since I am result-oriented, it helps me to make things quickly. I like to keep things under my control, and I never give up on my candidate or client. It is all about the process. If I am on the play, I always do my best: deal! 

My clients or candidates are my focus and I do care about every individual that I am in touch with. This can be easily noticed by candidates or clients which help me to build trust and cooperation. The process is with full of joy that includes time pressure and last minute drops but that is the spirit of this job.
