My career in the Life Sciences started in 2012 where I worked in-house and oversaw recruitment activities for EU and APAC regions for a global mid-sized CRO. After 4 years, and as a Client of Meets, I moved back in to the agency world relocating from London to San Francisco in 2016 as part of the launch team on the West Coast. During that time I have built out verticals in Clinical Operations and Clinical Development, established and managed teams of recruiters and managers, and more recently relocated south to San Diego to be apart of a second office launch, now in the role of Client Partner Director.

I am our Client Partner Director for our US Portfolio of Biotech and Pharmaceutical Clients. Our Client Partner (CP) Division was launched in 2019 to offer a global service of tailored recruitment solutions on a national and international level. My role is to business partner with key stakeholders within the portfolio and take a deeper dive in to resourcing challenges to meet strategic objectives. For me it's the people and the advancing technologies of science to cure, treat and prevent disease. Going through life we have all likely been touched on a personal level, or have a story where medicine is at the forefront. So having the opportunity to work with highly educated professionals, who are truly passionate about their work and who truly want to make a difference is very rewarding.
