Hi, I'm Ryan! Here at Meet, I head up a team of Talent Partners delivering into global organisations within clinical operations. My role varies from client engagement, improvement and reporting, to actively engaging with prospective candidates and matching them with some of the world's top Pharmaceutical and CRO clients.

I have been in sales for 10 years, initially outside of the recruitment industry, leading multiple teams of varied sizes until moving into recruitment in 2020. Since moving into recruitment, I have been dedicated to Life Sciences, working with some of the most incredible, life-changing businesses around the globe.

My approach is all about being people-first; having been on the client side of recruitment vs agency, I understand what makes a good recruiter from a client's perspective, and in turn, since venturing into recruitment, I've gained an understanding of how to best deliver a fabulous service to candidates. Being a subject matter expert within clinical operations allows me to understand the candidate and client's journey. 

Working within this space where our clients are impacting and making a genuinely positive impact on people's lives and, in turn, changing the face of the future of global health gives me both job satisfaction and a huge sense of pride for the industry that I am fortunate enough to work in each day.
